We repair all items from the Reed collection, including Aquatherm and Aquatherm Fleece garments. Whether it's a seam repair, zip replacement, or panel replacement, we've got you covered.

Cost of repairing Reed equipment:

Once the item has been inspected, we will contact you with a quote for the work to be done. Customers are responsible for the labour costs which become payable when the repair is complete.

How we repair your gear

We don’t keep our repair process a secret — it’s honest, time-served, skilled work done in our workshop in Braunton, North Devon. Chris and the team use specialist tools in the glue room, cutting table and sewing room to carefully restore each item to extend its working life.

Clean gear allows us to assess damage properly and ensures our repair materials bond correctly. Dirty or contaminated items may need additional cleaning before we can work on them.

Gear beyond repair?
If you feel your wetsuit has had its day, we’ll take it off you and either use it for spare parts. Alternatively, Chris Reed will weave his magic, restore or combine retired suits to make a good one and donate it to our local Wave Project Charity, keeping gear out of landfill and supporting young people in North Devon through surf therapy.
