HOW DO I GET THE CORRECT SIZE?
Please measure yourself in a relaxed state using a soft tape measure. Measure yourself against your skin or in underwear. If you can't find a tape measure, then a piece of string is useful which can then be measured against a ruler. Check your measurements against the Size Guides next to the product. Select your size.
WHAT IF I FALL BETWEEN TWO SIZES?
Please call us on +44 (0) 1271 815828 or email us with your sizes and we will be happy to help recommend the correct sizing for you. Alternatively, we can make alterations to garments to suit your size which start at £15 or even produce fully bespoke items. Contact us for a quote.
WHAT IF MY SIZE IS OUTSIDE OF THE SIZES AVAILABLE, OR I KNOW I EXPERIENCE ISSUES WITH FITTING?
Where we can we will try and get a good fit within our stock sizes available. For customers outside of the size range or with special issues on fitting, then please call us on +44 (0) 1271 815828 or email enquiries@chillcheater.com with your actual sizes and we can get back to you with information on production issues, any extra costs, anticipated delivery dates etc.
WHAT DO I DO IF THE ITEM DOES NOT FIT?
Please email or call us on +44 (0) 1271 815828 if your item is the wrong fit and you wish to send it back for an exchange or refund.
We make every effort to get the correct fit for you. If we can fit you into our stock sizes which are usually Small - XXXLarge, then we will do so.
Often we ask customers to supply some or all of their measurements on our measurement forms (located on the product pages where applicable).
Should we then need to make a made to measure item for you (one specifically made to your supplied measurements), we will contact you to confirm this.
There is normally an added charge, usually starting from £10 per item. If the cost for this service should be greater than this amount, then we will contact you prior to making up the goods. At this time we will also give you an estimated delivery date. Please note that there is normally a longer waiting time for made to measure items.
